Sixth Circuit Finds that Soliciting Prostitution is a Crime Involving Moral Turpitude

Agreeing with decisions by the Ninth, Tenth, and Eighth Circuits, the Sixth Circuit has determined that an Ohio conviction for soliciting prostitution is a crime involving moral turpitude.
