Ninth Circuit Rejects Challenge to Adverse Demeanor Finding

The Ninth Circuit rejected an assertion that an Immigration Judge must make contemporaneous observations on the record of an asylum applicant's demeanor, rather than simply summarizing those findings in a final decision.
