Eleventh Circuit Finds Deportability Ground Doesn't Apply to Convictions Entered While Petitioner was a Citizen

The Eleventh Circuit has determined that an individual who was a U.S. citizen when he was convicted of an aggravated felony, and who was subsequently denaturalized, is not deportable as an aggravated felon for that conviction.
