Sixth Circuit Finds no Jurisdiction to Review if Asylum Applicant Demonstrated Extraordinary Circumstances Related to Delay in Filing Application

The Sixth Circuit has determined that it lacks jurisdiction to review if an asylum applicant has demonstrated extraordinary circumstances related to the delay in filing his asylum application.
