Tenth Circuit Finds that OK Assault and Battery with Dangerous Weapon is not Categorically Crime of Violence

The Tenth Circuit has determined that an Oklahoma conviction for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon is not categorically a crime of violence because it criminalizes assault on an unborn child.
