Ninth Circuit finds CA Definition of Rape Matches Aggravated Felony Ground

The Ninth Circuit has recognized that California permits rape through non-physical duress - such as through threatening to release a sex tape - but has determined that the federal definition of rape also includes such non-physical duress.
