Ninth Circuit Requires Prejudice to Show Counsel-Related Due Process Violation During Reinstatement

The Ninth Circuit has determined that a non-citizen undergoing the reinstatement of a prior removal order can only show that deprivation of counsel violated his due process rights if he can establish prejudice.
